The Local Control & Accountability Plan (LCAP) is a plan that Placer Hills Union School District (PHUSD) uses to describe how we intend to meet annual goals for all students, with specific activities & strategies to address state & local priorities. The LCAP is an essential component of California's Local Control Funding Formula (LCFF). The priorities addressed by the LCAP are:
- Student Achievement
- School Climate
- Parent Involvement
- Implementation of State Standards
- Student Engagement
- Student Outcomes
- Instruction & Services

Snow Day or Late Start Information:

The most common reason to Close School or have a Late Start Day is weather and unsafe road conditions.  On days when w

e have had incremental weather, we will check road conditions and notify families around 6:30 a.m. through School Messenger if we anticipate Closing School or having a Late Start Day.  Please check your school web-sites for Late Start Schedules.

We will also notify the following:

  • KAHI (950AM)

  • KNCO (830AM or 940FM)

  • Channel 3,10, 13, and 40 (early morning news)
